INITIAL KYC & AML DECLARATION

I hereby declare and acknowledge that:

1. All information provided in this form is true, accurate, and complete;
2. I am not acting directly or indirectly on behalf of any employee of Pawn Express;
3. Pawn Express is entitled to conduct customer due diligence in terms of the Financial Intelligence Act, 2022;
4. I understand that enhanced due diligence, including source-of-funds verification, will be required if I am the successful bidder;
5. Failure to comply with AML/KYC requirements may result in cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of my deposit.

PRE-CONTRACTUAL ACCEPTANCE & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I hereby confirm and acknowledge that:

1. I have received, read, and understood the Auction Rules and the Terms & Conditions of Sale;
2. I understand that the Auction Rules regulate procedure only and do not constitute a sale agreement but I accept and agree to be bound by them with respect to procedure;
3. I understand and accept that the Terms & Conditions of Sale constitute the sole and exclusive Sale Agreement;
4. I agree that the Terms & Conditions of Sale shall become binding upon me only if I am declared the successful bidder, being upon the fall of the hammer;
5. I acknowledge and accept that no separate sale agreement or sale document will be signed after the auction;
6. I irrevocably waive any right to dispute the validity or enforceability of the sale on the basis that no post-auction signature was obtained.
